Entry Benefits:

Entrant Gift:

All entrants in the 5k,10k and half marathon will receive a “USB rechargeable” intraining running light.

Kids Race entrants receive a set of flashing laces.

Finishers Gift:

Every finisher will receive the Twilight Bay Run 2021 Medallion as they cross the finish line to mark your achievement of completing a Twilight Bay Run Event.

Entry Inclusions:

Twilight Bay Run is renowned for it’s unique atmosphere and funky high quality event merchandise. 

 

Electronic timing and finisher certificates

All participants will receive an official finish time and online e-certificate upon completion of the event. Live results with a split for every kilometre will also be available on race day so you can track your loved ones out on course. 

 

Access to activities and games

Participants will have access to a wide variety of free activities and games held at the event precinct. From jumping castles and face painting to exciting obstacle courses. Be prepared to have fun!

 

Full road closure

The road is yours for the duration of the event. Enjoy a safe and enjoyable atmosphere alongside the beautiful Wynnum foreshore with full road closure.

 

Event Singlet

This year we have an artist designed special edition Twilight Bay Run singlet. Stocks are strictly limited and available as an additional purchase at time of registration.

 

Infinit Electrolyte Drink

The on course aid stations and the finish station will all have the high quality Infinit Speed Complete Acceleration Electrolyte replacement drink – good for events up to 3 hours.  Water will also be available on course and at the finish.

 

Post event Food.

Once you have finished you will be directed into the athlete recovery area.  A free piece of fruit will be available with drinks.  If you wish to purchase more food then a variety of food stalls will be located adjacent to the recovery area.

Event Transfers:

If you are unable to run then you may transfer your entry to another runner.  This must be done prior to 26th of September.  Just go back to the registration site and click on the transfers button.  There will be a small transfer processing fee.

Alternatively, you may roll over your entry to a future Twilight run.  Email info@twilightrun.com.au to request a hold on this years entry.  You must email before race day.  Your registration will become a credit amount off an entry in a future event.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We’re here to help ease your mind.

Below is our covid cancellation policy for September 26.  However, we’ve also secured a second date on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021, just in case September 26 is cancelled.  

No doubt this last year has posed its challenges, but if fear of a COVID cancellation has you doubting whether to enter this year’s Twilight Run, you can put your mind at ease.  While we are highly optimistic that the run will take place, in the event that it is cancelled due to an unexpected lockdown, you’ll have various options at your disposal, the ability to transfer your entry for a future event or a refund*.

Your options in the event of a cancellation from covid. 

Option 1: 

You may transfer your entry to a future event, including the future booked date of October 23rd.

Option 2: 

You can request a refund less a small processing fee.

Note:  You will forfeit your full registration fee if you do no email us by 5pm, Saturday 25th September to advise us of your changes. 

 

Travel disruption due to government imposed isolation:

If you are unable to travel due to a government-imposed isolation you may transfer your entry to another runner.  This must be done prior to 26th of September. 

To do this go back to the registration site and click on the transfer button.  Please note there is a small transfer processing fee.

Alternatively, you may roll-over your entry to a future Twilight run.  Email info@twilightrun.com.au to request a hold on this year’s entry. Your registration will become a credit amount off a 2022 Twilight Run entry.
